From 1st of January 2025, Westaro Hosing Ltd will be legally merged with Charles Hughes Ltd (Portwest). We are committed to making this merger as seamless as possible for our customers, and we will continue to keep you updated on important developments. Both entities will continue to run separately until April 2025.

1st January 2025: Legal Merger
What will be the impact for you as a customer?

There will be no change in how you place your order – you can use the same phone and email address as always and your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in the usual way and timeframe. The only change you will notice is that from 1 January 2025, all invoices and related paperwork will show Charles Hughes Ltd details. Your accounts department has been notified of these changes.

1st April 2025: Operational Merger
The operational merger will take effect from 1 April 2025. During this phase, all customers will be merge with Portwest in terms of sales orders and invoicing. All products on the current Westaro brochure will be available as usual.

2026: New Warehouse
Plans are underway to build a new large scale warehouse in Westport next year. Further updates will be provided as this project progresses. This will allow us to stock the full Portwest range, along with other brands in Westport.
